Our Commitment to Quality

All products are uniquely produced upon your order. This approach allows us to offer a wide range of designs and products tailored to your preferences. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, please note the following:

  • Returns & Exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products where the customer selected the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout and reach out to us with any questions regarding product specifications or sizing.

In Case of Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we are here to make things right. Here’s how:

  • Contact Us Within 30 Days: Please inform us within 30 days of product delivery if you encounter any issues with your order. Use our “Contact Us” form to get in touch.
  • Provide Proof: Attach a clear photo (or video for multiple affected items) showing the issue with your product. This helps us address the problem swiftly and efficiently.
  • Resolution: Upon verifying the issue, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Refund Process

  • Refunds: We will initiate the refund to your original method of payment. Please note, it can take up to a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Special Considerations

  • Unsuccessful Delivery: In case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us for possible solutions, including replacement (with an additional charge) or a partial refund.
  • Product Variations: For Direct to Garment (DTG) products, please allow a tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations will not be considered defects.
